NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The woman who was arrested for impersonating a nurse in an attempt to steal medication from a Nashville hospital this month had been a licensed, working nurse at one point in the state.

Actually, according to the Tennessee Board of Nursing, 36-year-old Marissa Jean Denton received her license from the Maryland Board of Nursing in 2016, which allowed her to practice nursing in 43 states, including Tennessee.
