Woman found in burned vehicle in South LA tow year still not identified

SOUTH LOS ANGELES – After twenty days have passed, a woman found in a burned vehicle inside a South Los Angeles tow yard remains to be identified by authorities.

“This decedent will not be added to the unidentified person search on our website because she has a presumed name. Once she is identified and her family notified, then, she will be found on our website under case information,” said the public information officer for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.
