Owner of Shane’s Seafood & BarBQ arrested on multiple charges by Shreveport Police

Officials with SPD say officers were called out about a party involving students from Byrd High School at 9133 Mansfield Rd., where there was reportedly disorderly conduct, several fights, and underage drinking going on.
