With Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating a five-storey office on Deendayal Upadhyay Marg, the Delhi BJP on Monday got a permanent address after a wait of 45 years, which leaders said, dates back to the days of Jan Sangh, the party’s precursor. Calling the new building “no less sacred than a temple,” Modi told a huge gathering of party leaders – Delhi ministers, MLAs, and MPs — that a BJP karyalaya should never be measured only in bricks and walls.
