BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. — Blue Springs dentist office Comfort Dental will be reopening Tuesday after a school bus crashed into their building last week.

The crash happened on Thursday near Missouri 7 Highway and U.S. 40 Highway. The bus was carrying students who attend Blue Springs South High School.

Investigators said an approaching vehicle failed to stop at a yield sign and yield to the school bus, leading to the crash.

Three students were taken to the hospital with injuries, but they did not appear to be serious, according to Blue Springs police.

Owner of Comfort Dental, Dr. Christophe Alexander, released the following statement:

"We’re happy to share that the Blue Springs Comfort Dental office, which was temporarily closed following the recent incident, will officially reopen on Tuesday
