Water service has been restored citywide after the installation of a new valve on Huntingdon Avenue in Waterbury nearly one week after a massive water main break.

Repairs finished up Monday evening, but during construction, some Waterbury residents experienced no water or low water pressure.

"No water,” Edward Smith, of Waterbury, said.

"It's not full speed but it's usable,” Dorethea Nelson, of Waterbury, said.

"Never happen again. That's the hope. Fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again,” Heyward Fulton, of Waterbury, said.
