CINCINNATI —

Four people are injured, with one of them in critical condition, after a crash in South Fairmount on Monday afternoon.

At this time it's unclear exactly how many vehicles were involved, but a post on the Cincy Fire & EMS social media shows two cars facing opposite directions.

Hearst Owned Cincy Fire & EMS Cincinnati Fire Department responds to a crash on Biegler Street at Harrison Avenue.
