CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns got some bad news Monday on two of their key weapons who were hurt during Sunday’s 34-10 loss to the Lions.

No. 2 receiver Cedric Tillman, who suffered a hamstring injury in the second quarter, will miss multiple weeks, Kevin Stefanski said. Return specialist DeAndre Carter, who suffered a knee injury in the second half, has been placed on IR and must miss at least four games.
