SPRINGFIELD--There's no "i" in team, but Jacob Clark has certainly been the catalyst and main component of Missouri State's offense the past three seasons. But after missing the entire second half of the Bears, 27-22 loss to Western Kentucky in its conference opener, due to a leg injury, questions now arise about Clark's status for MSU's next game, and possibly beyond.
In the 48 hours after the game, there's been a lot of speculation about Clark's injury. Especially after he spent the entire second half on crutches, in street clothes, with a full leg brace on. One thing is for sure, it doens't look like it will be fixed quickly.
