ALDA, GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A central Nebraska teen has been taken into custody after Grand Island Police said he fled from authorities Sunday night and again Monday.
Grand Island Police arrested 19-year-old Kiyson Witte for unlawful discharge of a firearm near a vehicle or building and use of a firearm to commit a felony among other charges.
His arrest comes following an incident Sunday night where a Grand Island teen reported Witte fired a gun at her vehicle.
According to the affidavit, the 18-year-old victim reported to police that a blue sedan started to follow her vehicle for several blocks through different parts of Grand Island.
The victim said the car would follow her at every turn and at times she said the vehicle would attempt to drive alongside with a male suspect hang
