The winners will be announced at a glittering lunchtime ceremony at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel on October 24.

Shortlisted entrants have been chosen across 18 categories, and an additional category winner of Property Personality of the Year will be announced on the day.

Around 500 people are expected to attend the eagerly awaited event, which will be hosted by comedian Neil Delamere.
