Breaking: SAD expels Jagdeep Singh Cheema

Chandigarh, September 30: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President S. Sukhbir Singh Badal has taken strict action against senior party leader S. Jagdeep Singh Cheema following reports of anti-party activities.

After reviewing the report submitted by the district organisation and other senior leaders of Fatehgarh Sahib, and consulting with the party’s high command, Badal decided to expel Cheema from the primary membership of the Shiromani Akali Dal.
