A Coat Unlike Any Other

When the call came in, rescuers had no idea what awaited them. The moment they arrived, they were shocked by the scene.

Tied to an extremely short leash was a mother dog named Rainbow Brite , surrounded by her nine puppies. With no access to food or clean water, they were left in a harsh environment.
