Srinagar, Sep 30: In a decisive move against terror infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday seized the immovable property of a known terror associate in Shopian district. The action was executed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) as part of an ongoing probe into terror financing networks.

The individual in question, identified as Tariq Ahmad Mir, hails from Maldeera village in Shopian. His residential property was formally attached after following due legal procedure, with official notices affixed to the premises by NIA officials in coordination with local police.
