Coronation Street star Cait Fitton has said her castmate 'smashed it' as she was quick to support her achievements away from the cobbles.

The actress, who is best known for playing Lauren Bolton in the ITV soap, was among Weatherfield favourites who ditched Manchester for London on Monday night (September 29) to attend the 2025 Inside Soap Awards.

Cait was seen heading down to the capital alongside her co-star Sydney Martin, who fans know for playing Corrie's Betsy Swain. "London bound with bestie @sydneymartin_" she captioned a selfie of the pair.

It was then later in the night that the soap star was seen celebrating as her co-star Vicky Myers picked up two out of Corrie's five gongs on the night.
