A man suspected of a triple murder chillingly apologised to a local saying "sorry for all the screaming" after allegedly stabbing three family members to death.
The individual is reported to have emerged from a property in the small rural town with his hands "covered in blood," before approaching a resident. Police revealed yesterday that the three victims were found fatally injured in a violent attack, leaving the otherwise tranquil community shocked and heartbroken.
The victims were later identified as married couple Mark and Louise O'Connor, both in their 50s, and their son Evan, who was in his 20s. Officers confirmed a man, aged in his 30s, was arrested and taken into custody.
