Former Coronation Street star Jack Carroll has revealed his first major move since quitting the long-running show in a 'quiet' exit.

The actor and comedian was known for playing Bobby Crawford, the nephew of Weatherfield favourite Carla Connor, in the ITV soap, having joined at the end of 2023.

At the time, Bobby was revealed as the son of Carla’s brother Rob Donovan, who was serving life in prison for the murder of Tina McIntyre and was unaware he had a son until just before his arrival in Weatherfield, but hadn’t managed to let Carla know.
