There are four unbeaten high school football teams left in far Southwest Virginia and that quartet is putting up some impressive numbers.

The Eastside Spartans (5-0) are averaging 39 points per game with a balanced attack as quarterback Landon Pannell can sling it, Keldan Hamilton is a tough runner and Rocky Bond has emerged as one of the area’s premier playmakers. The defense has posted three shutouts.
