Pat Lam said he would not rule out turning to the transfer market after losing fly-half AJ MacGinty to a suspected Achilles injury in a disaster of a 42-24 win at home to Leicester Tigers.

MacGinty limped off after less than 13 minutes after falling down off the ball. To make matters worse, his half-back partner Harry Randall came off before half time with a hamstring strain and after the break Gabriel Ibitoye pulled up while chasing his own kick.
