Police are hunting a man — who is possibly armed — after reports of a forestry worker being confronted by a gunman in an area of forest south-east of Perth.
Officers say the frightening incident happened on Watershed Road in the State Forest near Flint — about 55km east of Armadale — about 4pm on Wednesday.
There were unconfirmed reports that the man was carrying a firearm.
No one was hurt.

Multiple resources, including police air wing, have been deployed to the area.
