The land down under is revered for its serene landscapes, beautiful beaches, and wonderful cities — and a new report has found two Perth suburbs are among the top 10 Australian areas to live.

The report evaluated suburbs across the country based on their proximity to the beach, the natural environment, metropolitan access, and family-friendliness to determine the best suburbs nation-wide to reside.

Warringah in New South Wales took out the top spot, unsurprising considering the region encompasses Manly’s coastal views and North Sydney’s Opera House-adjacent urban sprawl.
