A man has been arrested after shots were fired at a house on the south coast.

The incident happened in the wee hours Sunday morning when somebody fired several shots at a residence on Miawpukek Drive in Conne River. Thirty-eight year-old William Zachariah Quinn was arrested that day without further incident.

There were no injuries.

RCMP have charged Quinn with careless use of a firearm and being reckless while discharging one.
