Sir Keir Starmer directly addressed the threat of Reform UK, saying Nigel Farage "doesn't like Britain" and "doesn't believe in Britain".

The Prime Minister is speaking at the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, in which he asked if the Reform UK leader says "anything positive about Britain's future?"
