A former Hamilton Township schools supervisor accused of sexually assaulting three girls over a three-year period in Atlantic County had his detention hearing in a fourth case out of Ocean County postponed again Tuesday after his attorney requested a five-day adjournment.

Darnell Williams, 34, of Whiting in Manchester Township, is scheduled to appear before an Ocean County Superior Court judge Oct. 7.

He's charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Williams briefly appeared from the Atlantic County jail, where he was ordered held by Judge Joseph Levin following a detention hearing Sept. 8. He spoke only to confirm he was able to hear the court.
