Tulsa police are looking for a 24-year-old man suspected in a fatal shooting Sunday night near 60th and Peoria.

Roderick Teague, 21, was reportedly walking in the area with friends around 9 p.m. Sept. 28 when they approached a group hanging out around their cars in a retail parking lot, police said. A man from that group, identified by police as Jocquan Cortez Jordan, allegedly fired at Teague with a pistol.

Teague's friends came back to transport him to a hospital, where he died from the gunshot injuries.

Police said surveillance video and witness statements led them to identify Jordan as the alleged shooter. Jordan has been charged in Tulsa County District Court with first-degree murder.

Detectives continue to investigate the shooting.
