THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thousands of cooperative pensioners led by the Kerala Co-operative Service Pensioners’ Association took part in a march to the Kerala Legislative Assembly, demanding the restoration of suspended Dearness Allowance, granting 15% of the amount as interim relief, increasing minimum and maximum pensions, implementing pension reforms, and introducing a medical insurance scheme.

Former Minister MM Mani, MLA, inaugurated the march. Former Transport Minister Antony Raju, MLA, delivered the keynote speech. VS Jayakumar, State President of the Kerala Co-operative Employees Council, greeted the march, while M Sukumaran, State President of the Association, presided over the event.
