Imelda is strengthening and pulling away, while Humberto is weakening. Rough surf and seas are expected to continue this week.

As Imelda lifts out, we can expect to see some angry surf this week, which will also be sustained by a developing surface trough and high pressure over the mid-Atlantic area.

This will generate higher rain chances and rough seas into early next week.
