EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Multiple authorities were spotted Tuesday afternoon in Easthampton following a police chase that went through several communities.

Western Mass News first heard about the situation around 1 p.m. Tuesday.

A viewer reporting to us they were seeing numerous police cruisers chasing a vehicle on College Highway in Southampton in the area of Rt. 10/202.

Then a short time later another viewer reached out to our newsroom to report there was all kinds of police activity in front of their house in the vicinity of the 300 block of Main Street in Easthampton.

When our Western Mass News crew arrived on scene we could see multiple officers on Main St. near the Boulanger’s Plumbing & Heating business.
