New business from former Roux Dat owner

Chef Chad Glassley, who closed his restaurant Roux Dat in August, has launched a meal delivery service called Fresh & Easy Meal Prep. Rotating offerings include Roux Dat classics. “People can have the taste of The Big Easy delivered to their doorstep,” said Glassley. “We will also offer some other chef-created dishes to round out our menu.” On the business’ website, you can find nutritional information for every dish.
