BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 31-year-old man was arrested on Sept. 25 after probation officers searched his home and uncovered suspected narcotics.
Shylo Herrera, 31, was arrested in the 400 block of 15th Avenue Thursday.
The Kern County Probation Department said they located a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, a 20-gauge Mossberg shotgun, various rounds of ammunition, body armor and 19 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Herrera was arrested under suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance while armed and possession of body armor by prohibited person.
