DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Days after two people were injured in a hit-and-run crash on West Skyline Parkway, a man has been charged.

According to Duluth Police, 68-year-old Jeffry Luck is behind bars, facing two counts of Criminal Vehicular Operation - one count substantial bodily harm and one count bodily harm.

According to the Duluth Police Department, on Tuesday, September 23, officers responded to the 3800 block of West Skyline Parkway for a report of two people who were hit by a vehicle heading westbound on West Skyline.

The pedestrians who were struck, a 58-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man, were treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Luck allegedly fled the scene afterward and was later found.
