RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Bobby Spiers knows he’s blessed to have the right people in his circle.

And we get a peek into those friendships once again.

First, we met Skip Bottom , who punched in hundreds of volunteer hours at St. Mary’s Hospital. But this time, Bobby’s nomination led us to Revielle United Methodist Church to honor Dr. Robert Downs.
