Fried chicken fans, rejoice: Raising Cane’s may soon quintuple its Oregon footprint — with a handful of Willamette Valley restaurants expected to open in the next year or so.
The Baton Rouge-based fast food chain is known, naturally, for its fried chicken offerings, along with its trademark accoutrements: crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, buttery Texas toast and cult classic Raising Cane’s sauce. It operates more than 900 stores nationwide.
