AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — An Amarillo man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for "online solicitation of a minor," and had his probation revoked for violating the terms set when he was previously sentenced.
Tristan Broyles was sentenced to 12 years in prison in Randall County after being found guilty on the charge and for violating his probation.
In July 2022, Broyles was sentenced to five years deferred on the same charge.
Separately, in Potter County, Broyles was charged with "Online Solicitation of a Minor" Tuesday after it was believed that he tried to solicit a minor over the internet on June 3, 2025.
On June 17, Boyle was charged for failing to register as a sex offender. Broyles was charged with "Sex Offenders Duty to Register, 10 years," after failing to register as a sex
