ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson is “cooperating fully” with Fulton County law enforcement after an arrest warrant was issued for him after one of his dogs is believed to have killed another pet, according to Gabe Banks, the actor’s attorney.

The warrant stems from a Sept. 18 incident after one of Gibson’s neighbors called the Fulton County Police Department and said one of his four Cane Corso dogs killed their dog, which was a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel.

Banks said the actor “extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home.”
