LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The break from the humidity and the somewhat cooler mornings will continue for a few more days.

Wednesday should look like Monday with mostly sunny skies and no rain expected. Temperatures will start off in the 60s during the morning hours and then climb into the low 90s for afternoon highs. The lower humidity will make it feel less uncomfortable during the afternoon even with temperatures climbing quickly into the low 90s.

The humidity will begin to return on Thursday and as a result morning lows will be a little warmer while afternoon highs are a few degrees lower. But with higher humidity it will end up feeling more uncomfortable during the afternoon hours. Rain chances will remain limited on Thursday but we may see a few spotty showers.
