BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - THE NEXT 24 HOURS : We are tracking a few isolated showers over the eastern part of Alabama today.

Rain chances will remain extremely isolated through this evening, with gradual clearing, and lows back in the 60s. It will be a nice evening for sky-watching and, if you look northwest at 7:07 PM, the International Space Station will be rising with a 6-minute flyover.

There may be a few clouds around in the evening, but most of us should enjoy enough breaks to catch the flyover. Expect a very similar setup tomorrow with a northeast breeze, and a few isolated pop-up showers late, mainly to the east.
