CHELSEA, Mass. —

Chaotic moments captured on video last Friday that appear to show Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pushing a Chelsea woman to the ground during an arrest.

Hilda Ramirez says ICE agents smashed the windows, dragging her, her two brothers-in-law, and her 13-year-old son, who has autism, out of the vehicle.

An ICE spokesperson says they were targeting one of the brother-in-laws, Jose Ramirez-Perez.

They say he is in the United States illegally and is facing child sex abuse charges out of Guatemala.

Hilda Ramirez, who's been living legally in the country for the last two decades, says she and her family were on their way to Chelsea District Court for a non-immigration-related court appearance when they were pulled over by ICE.
