WASHINGTON — Detectives with Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help finding two men wanted in connection with a homicide and kidnapping that happened earlier this month.

Joshua Carter, 18, (pictured on the left) and Justin Michael Green Collins, 25, (pictured on the right) are accused of murder, armed robbery, and kidnapping a man and woman on Sept. 21, following the killing of Akwalabeng Fontava, 29.

We previously reported that officers were called to the 5900 block of Montrose Road in North Bethesda on Sept. 21 at 7:41 a.m. while working a code. When officers arrived, they found Fontava dead inside an apartment.
