A man and woman were both wounded outside a Bronx building after a lone gunman opened fire Tuesday evening, police said.

Gunshots rang out around 5:58 p.m. near Webster Ave. and E. 187th St. in Fordham, cops said, with a 36-year-old man shot multiple times in the torso, and a 35-year-old woman suffering a graze wound in the leg.

Both victims were rushed by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital , and were in stable condition, police said.

There was no immediate arrest in the case; an investigation is underway, cops said.
