Just before 9 p.m., police responded to reports of a crash involving a vehicle and an e-bike on the Exit 14 off-ramp from I-93 southbound in Concord.
The operator of the e-bike, identified as Keerati Nakklee, 27, of Concord, was taken to Concord Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
