A man wanted on a domestic violence arrest warrant was arrested Tuesday following a lengthy search in Norwalk.

On Friday, an alleged victim reported ongoing harassment from 40-year-old Hopeton Marsh of Norwalk, according to the Norwalk Police Department . During the investigation, officers learned that Marsh was on parole and that contacting the alleged victim was a direct violation of his parole conditions.

Based on the findings, the investigating officer applied for and was granted an arrest warrant charging Marsh with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment, police said.
