An updated frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 1:01 a.m. valid for Thursday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Northern Wayne and Southern Wayne as well as Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming and Pike counties.

The weather service describes, "Temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees are expected across the area, resulting in frost formation."

"Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," comments the weather service. "Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold."
