A car has burst into flames at Heathrow Airport's terminal 3 car park.

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters raced to the multi-storey car park just after 9am this morning, Wednesday, October 1.

Footage captured at the scene shows bright orange flames ripping through the structure, with thick grey smoke billowing from the site, reports the Mirror.

The blaze has sparked travel disruption in the area, with the M4 tunnel heading to Terminals 2 & 3 closed.

National Highways advise those travelling to Heathrow Airport to use the M4 J3 or the M25 J14.

A taxi driver has issued an urgent warning on Tiktok to travellers who are booking cars to get them to Heathrow Airport's Terminals 2 & 3.
