The radio network airing the Kyle and Jackie O Show has been threatened with action for failing to "rein in" its star presenters.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) found the KIIS FM breakfast show breached Commercial Radio Code of Practice decency rules seven times from August to December 2024.

The breaches related to broadcasts that included audio clips of male and female staff members urinating, a game where a contestant provided an offensive description of a sexual position and a segment that contained lewd discussions about masturbation and pornography websites.

There was also two breaches of complaint-handling rules, the watchdog found.
