PHOENIX — The family of a Phoenix yoga teacher whose body was found in a rock quarry earlier this year says they are still searching for answers, even after police officially closed the case.
Marcus Freiberger was last seen alive in February. A month later, his naked body was discovered floating in a rock quarry. Despite the mysterious circumstances and a 115-page police report detailing the investigation, Phoenix police have closed the case.
“There’s too many unanswered questions in the report,” said Marcus’s father, Dutch Freiberger.
“And not unanswered because there is no answer. Unanswered because no one’s asking,” added his sister, Tina Hall.
