PHOENIX — A Flood Watch has been extended for the Valley through Monday evening as the last of our tropical surge, courtesy of former Tropical Storm Raymond, lingers across the southern half of Arizona.

Sunday morning storms dumped record rainfall in Phoenix for the second day in a row! The 1.96" measured on Sunday at Sky Harbor blew away the previous daily record of .32" set back in 1957. This is now the 4th wettest October on record.

Our final round of rainy weather will kick in around noon on Monday, with scattered showers and thunderstorms across the Valley. Expect another 1/4"-1/2" of rain in parts of the Valley through Monday evening.
