PHOENIX — Cloudy skies and light shower activity will affect southeast California and portions of southwest Arizona today with fairly cloudy skies elsewhere. We're looking for spotty showers around Lake Havasu, Kingman, Bullhead City and Parker.
After the near-to-slightly below-normal temperatures through Friday, conditions will turn hot again over the weekend, with a widespread Moderate Heat Risk developing.
No record temps in the works, just warmer than what we've enjoyed this week.
Overall, dry conditions will prevail from Friday through the weekend, before rain chances gradually increase during the first half of next week.
