CONWAY, Mo. (KY3) -A tractor-trailer overturned down an embankment as the driver tried to park on the shoulder of I-44 Wednesday morning.

The truck was hauling 44,000 pounds of cocoa powder, which spilled out of the trailer.

The Conway Volunteer Fire Department is advising drivers who use the Martingale Outer Road to allow extra time on their morning commute.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 65-year-old driver was taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon for treatment of minor injuries.
