OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Toho Water Authority, the water services provider for many living in Osceola and Polk counties, is raising its rates with more changes on the way.
Rates for water, wastewater, and irrigation will increase 7.5% on Wednesday and every Oct. 1 to follow through FY 2028, the utility said in a statement , adding rates will then increase at the slower rate of 4% annually through fiscal years 2029 to 2030.
Reclaimed water rates, which are currently at 75% of potable water irrigation rates, will gradually increase to 90% by October 2027, the utility said.
