The Indian Army will host the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries’ (UNTCC) Chiefs Conclave in New Delhi from October 14–16, 2025, bringing together senior military leadership from over 30 nations to deliberate on the future of UN peacekeeping.
A curtain raiser was held at the Manekshaw Centre on Wednesday, where Lt Gen Rakesh Kapoor, DCOAS (IS&T), outlined the modalities of the event. He emphasised the Conclave’s role as a unique platform for dialogue, cooperation and the exchange of best practices among troop contributing nations. Highlighting India’s status as one of the largest and most consistent contributors to UN peacekeeping, Lt Gen Kapoor said the Conclave would deepen collaboration and strengthen collective preparedness in tackling contemporary peacekeeping challenges.
